Itsumo's founder has been living in the Tuna capital of the world, Tokyo Japan for over 18 years, and is one of the only foreigners to be accepted in Tsukiji, Japan's largest fish market.

Over these years he's learned Japan's secrets to produce some of the best Tuna products, by keeping their high grade of quality and freshness. Now he's using this knowledge to create high quality and healthy Tuna products for the world to enjoy.
